Master Salas received his 6th degree Black Belt in October 2017. He began his martial arts training in 1988 and received his Black Belt at the age of 9. Since the age of 12 Salas has competed locally and nationally in the Black Belt Division. He has won over 12 Grand Championships in open / creative forms and weapons forms. He is the instructor at Dojo Karate’s Medina and Rogers locations and strives to create leaders and athletes that continue grow and succeed.
Mr. Morse began his martial arts training when he was 15 years old and has been involved with Dojo Karate since 2008. He received his Black Belt in 2011 and is currently the head instructor at Dojo Karate’s Maple Grove and Rogers locations. Throughout his martial arts career, he has competed in both traditional forms and sparring, earning 1stplace at many tournaments in Minnesota and Wisconsin. His favorite part about teaching at Dojo Karate is seeing the success others achieve through their hard work.
Master Falenschek has been practicing various forms of martial arts since he was 13 years old, including Traditional Taekwondo, Judo, American Taekwondo and Karate. Master Falenschek, Master Hourscht and Master Stormoen have been working together since 2010 to develop the current Dojo Karate kickboxing curriculum. Master Falenschek has been an amateur kickboxer for multiple years and thoroughly enjoys the sport. He works closely with Dojo students that are inspired to become kickboxers. Master Falenschek also teaches classic and traditional Karate classes at many of the Dojo locations. He is very detail-oriented and gains a tremendous satisfaction watching children learn, progress and master new skills and techniques.
