This program helps our students gain an overall confidence in what their body is capable of and what to do with it. Within our classes and with outside teams and groups, we work on agility, coordination, footwork, flexibility and many more skills that will apply to the other sports and activities each athlete is involved in. For the more advanced levels, we provide resistance training using a high intensity rope training system, or H.I.R.T.S System. This multi-tiered, multipurpose training unit was developed for the U.S. National Wrestling Training Center and has many options for individual drills or group activities. Each student that participates in our sport training programs will walk away with improved athleticism that can be specifically applied to another sport or activity they are training for.
